well that was a first for me, virtually signing real estate closing documents or whatever they are, online.  now we just wait to see if our offer is accepted, or something.  i still have very mixed feelings, but if it’s meant to be… gotta be adaptable!  i can be trailer trash in TN with the best of ’em, i suppose.  just give me some ‘shine, or better yet, a still, and we can build our own porch to drink it on.  get the hell off my–parcel?  i wouldn’t exactly call it a lawn, which is fine.  y’all.
