We stopped by Koogler Wetland/Prairie today, and saw another beaver dam that appears to be improving.  It turns out this Supermoon was called the Beaver Moon by Indians, who would trap them this time of year.  I guess they had to eat, too.  We hate it when hunters shoot the dwindling wildlife inside the reserves and preserves, just for the hell of it.  Dam it!
