We dodged another bullet last night.  Severe t-storms rampaged through the area, taking out trees and power lines not far away, and dumping gallons of rain on us, but we remained intact.  It was a windy, watery world out there.

Here’s how Misu spent the evening, unfazed on her latest throne, my office chair, while we hunkered nervously.

Meanwhile, multiple hurricanes are approaching the southern US, but we’ll probably just get more rain.  Location, location.

This morning everything is sparkling with droplets, and the plant and animal world is happy.
